All your order history will be stored in the ‘My account’ section of the website. Simply log in with your email and password to check your account.
Your order summary and invoice will be emailed to you.
Your order will take between 2 and 7 working days depending on where you live. You can see the full estimated delivery schedule for all items on our Delivery and Charges page. You can also track the progress of your order when logged in to your account.

Once an order has been submitted any changes to the order i.e. adding additional items or removing items are not permitted. A new order will need to be placed for any changes to be added or items removed.
You may cancel your order up until it is currently being processed. You can do this by logging in to your account and clicking ‘Cancel’ next to the order you wish to cancel. We will send an email confirming the order cancellation and refund will be processed. If you no longer see the ‘Cancel’ icon next to your order it means your order is currently being processed and we are not able to cancel your order.
If you want to cancel your order but it has already been processed, you may still be able to return the product. Please Contact Us.
If you change your mind we accept refunds so long as the item is in the original packaging and you have a copy of the order confirmation email or packing slip.
